Framework
Interpretive Logic
Reasoning is bound to context, not abstracted from it.
Reasoning Structures
Interpretation proceeds from contextual fields rather than comparative templates. Each institutional environment is read on its own terms before cross-regional inference is made.
Inference is only permitted after contextual translation. Without translation, comparison produces distortion.
Principles
- i.
Context precedes evaluation. No institutional judgement is made prior to contextual reading.
- ii.
Translation precedes comparison. Cross-regional analysis is only valid where institutional logics have been made comparable.
- iii.
Restraint precedes assertion. Interpretive claims are made only to the extent supported by contextual evidence.
- iv.
Implication, not prescription. Institutional implications are surfaced. Operational instructions are not issued.
